Skill / Strength: double kb snatch Go as heavy as possible. Focus on the Push (from the hip) the Pull (elbow) and the Punch (catch). Work in groups of 2 or 3.

Conditioning: "Kettlebell Hell 2.0" 12min AMRAP
Teams of 2: 1 athlete working/1 athlete resting. you can only change when the whole complex is completed.

5 double kb snatches
5 double kb cleans
5 double kb swings
5 double kb stoh
50m double kb farmers carry (2 box length back and forth)

Light: 15/20kg
Rx: 25/35kg
Advanced: 25/35kg
