Start with the strongest band and do 7x5 C2B pull ups. try to use weaker bands for the following sets.
Adv: Do following bar complex: 1 CTB + 1 TTB + 1 bar MU. try to do consecutive reps with this complex.

Light: banded pull ups - 1' DU practice
