WOD: 16 RFT as team of 2 (8 each, 20' TC):
8 back squats + 12 KBPS
Athletes complete one full round, then rest/switch

Light: 25/40kg - 8/12kg
RX: 40/60kg - 16/24kg
Advanced: 55/85kg - 20/32kg
