Skill/strength: 5x5 weighted pull ups. Work in groups of 2

Conditioning: 16' EMOM of:
ODD: 15 WB  
EVEN: 10 pullups + 5 burpees

Light: 4/6kg - banded
RX: 6/9kg
Advanced: 9/14kg - CTB
