Der ZNC Throwdown steht kurz bevor und wir freuen uns, das erste Workout zu verkünden! Die anderen beiden Workouts folgen - ihr dürft weiterhin gespannt sein ;)

Workout 1:

'Team Karen’ (14’AMRAP)

150 wallball shots (alternating between 2 athletes)
30 TTB (in sync on bar touch with 2 athletes)
150 DUs (one athlete is in a handstand, resting athlete can help support handstand) 

firebreathers: 14kg - 9kg  
regular: 9kg - 6kg - 60 knee raises, 400 SUs (wheelbarrow partner hold)

  • 90 reps at lighter weight, then 60 reps at heavier weight
  • every 30 reps the kettle bell must be moved forward one square
  • athletes can split the work however
  • ladies: 9ft target, men:10ft target
