150 pullups (reps only count when 1 athlete is holding the barbell in the top on a deadlift, no switch grip)
100 box jumps (2 athletes in sync at top) 
 50 clean and jerks (2 bars synchronised at the top )

AMRAP 5 burpees (all 3 sync)+ 3 RMU

firebreathers:  51/61cm - 40/60kg
regular: j-pullups - 51/61cm - 25/40kg - no RMU

  • split work however
  • must complete total repetitions of one movement before beginning the next
  • tag when switching
