In Dietikon you will start your fitness adventure with a CrossFit Intro and a trial week. Get familiar with our center ("Box") and meet our coaches and members.  The price of this package is CHF 100. If you sign-up for a 6 or 12 months membership at the end of the trial week, the CHF 100 are fully credited against the membership fee.

No worries! Your coach will adapt the exercises and the workout intensity to your fitness level.

Available Classes

Bootcamp

Get fit, stay fit and save time with our intensive strength-endurance program. For 45 minutes your body will be thoroughly exercised and challenged. This program you may join immediately, without an introductory course. Bootcamp classes are ideal for beginners (possible without completing the skills module). Still, even experienced and advanced CrossFitters will be challenged. Guaranteed.

CrossFit

A classic! Join us for our daily WOD (Workout of the Day). In this class you may expect a combination of continuously varying, highly intensive and functional movements. This is a class suited to all levels, as all movements can be adapted to ability (beginners after finishing the CrossFit Intro and trial week, experienced and advanced).

CrossFit Express

Efficient and intense! The same WOD as the CrossFit classes - simply in 45 minutes. Ideal for mornings or during a lunch break when time is short, but you don't want to miss out on an intense, energy-laden workout containing all elements of a classic CrossFit workout (beginners after finishing the CrossFit Intro and trial week, experienced and advanced).

Gymnastics

For everyone! In this class we will work at improving your individual abilities in the various gymnastics elements as well as increasing your mobility and body awareness (beginner, experienced and advanced). 60 minutes.

Power Yoga

The power mix to increase your mobility, strength and balance! This will not just help you improve your kinetic efficiency, but is also effective in preventing and removing joint pain (currently only in Zurich Nord). 45 minutes.

Strength

The strength program for the whole body. Squats, deadlifts, shoulder presses, pull-ups, etc. Strong muscles are not just important for your health and general sports performance, they'll also increase your sexiness - this goes for the ladies as well!

Weightlifting

Whether you just love those barbells or want to improve your technique, this is the right class for you. Here you will learn the techniques of olympic weight lifting and improve with them. (beginner, experienced and advanced).

 

Open Gym
Flexible training 24/7

Are you an experienced crossfitter or are you just looking for a space in which to practice and improve? Then grab yourself a 24/h badge, join our Open Gym Community and train as often as you'd like in one of our CrossFit Boxes or special Open Gym rooms.

Do your friends also have a 24/7 badge? Throw down the gauntlet and challenge yourselves outside the official classes (experienced and advanced).

With us, you can train when, what and with whomever you like - true to our motto "be Sport". Our locations offer you these options during peak hours (when classes are taking place), as well as during non-peak hours (when there are no classes running). With your personal badge you can access our training facilities around the clock.
