20 Thrusters 30/43kg [A: 40/60kg]
20 Sumo deadlift high pulls 30/43kg [A: 40/60kg]
20 Push jerks 30/43kg [A: 40/60kg]
20 Overhead squats 30/43kg [A: 40/60kg]
20 Front squats 30/43kg [A: 40/60kg]

The athlete must perform 4 burpees every minute on the minute until completion.
This includes beginning the workout with 4 burpees.
