5x6 Sumo deadlift

35-60' Teams of 3 complete following for time:
3k row (1 holds bar in the DL and 1 holds plank position)
30 squat cleans 30/50kg [A: 50/70kg]
30 push press 30/50kg [A: 50/70kg]
30 KB box step ups [A: 51/61cm]

*you can change member however you want. for the box step up, hold 1 KB in each hand and do a step up.
