take two KB's and perform 5x10 seesaw strict press (5 each side).
pick a weight where you can easily strict press. Work in groups of 2 or 3.

Conditioning: for time (TC: 25min)

20 KB overhead lunges
30 TTB
40 burpees on target (ring or bar) 
30 TTB
20 KB overhead lunges
800m run

Light: 8/10kg - knee raises
Rx: 12/16kg
Advanced: 16/24kg
